Base Salary
$52k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support for automation applications and software running in Intel factories.
- Provide next-level support for selected applications across Intel’s worldwide factory network.
- Contribute to application insertion, hardening, and continuous improvement software development projects.
- Present issues, drive solutions, investigate findings, and communicate updates to factory users.
- Work a compressed day-shift schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts on Thursday through Saturday plus alternating Wednesdays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- At least 6 months of experience with scripting and related activities, including SQL, Python, or PowerShell.
- At least 6 months of experience with current IT technologies such as Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, iCloud, or VMware.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are preferred.
- Experience using AI, resourcefulness, creativity, innovation, and the ability to multitask across a broad range of applications are preferred.
