Responsibilities
- Develop client- and server-side software for highly available API-based services.
- Design, implement, and ship new products for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build high-quality, secure, testable, readable, documented, and scalable software.
- Ensure platform scalability and performance while delivering new functionality.
- Automate and improve development processes, including development, deployment, monitoring, and uptime practices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, pair programming, daily stand-ups, and other Agile practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and initiatives and collaborate with technology teams across different countries.
Requirements
- Preferably hold a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Be proficient in Golang, which is required, and preferably one or more of Perl or Python.
- Have experience with frontend languages and libraries such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Have experience with Vue.js or similar JavaScript libraries or frameworks.
- Have experience with relational databases.
- Have experience designing and developing web and API solutions as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role.
- Be motivated, curious, willing to learn, and interested in the fintech industry and market innovations.
- Be familiar with Agile methodology and practices such as TDD, CI, and CD.
