Responsibilities
- Act as the principal implementation liaison, translating customer expectations and business processes.
- Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches.
- Translate technical requirements and execute complex system configurations.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, developing implementation strategies that consider customer workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute high-quality implementation plans.
- Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support customer change management strategies, including user readiness plans.
- Develop expertise in multiple product offerings and their value outcomes.
- Travel to customer sites for meetings and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a technology-related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential.
- Consulting experience in a software organization with workflow analysis is required.
- Experience managing multi-resource project teams and balancing objectives is necessary.
- Proven accountability for project delivery and meeting customer objectives is crucial.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies for customer solutions is needed.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, complex team environment.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- 4+ years of experience in a software implementation role is required.
- Healthcare market experience is preferred.
