Base Salary

Responsibilities

Act as the principal implementation liaison, translating customer expectations and business processes.
Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches.
Translate technical requirements and execute complex system configurations.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Serve as a trusted advisor, developing implementation strategies that consider customer workflows.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute high-quality implementation plans.
Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support customer change management strategies, including user readiness plans.
Develop expertise in multiple product offerings and their value outcomes.
Travel to customer sites for meetings and presentations as needed.

Post-secondary education in a technology-related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential.
Consulting experience in a software organization with workflow analysis is required.
Experience managing multi-resource project teams and balancing objectives is necessary.
Proven accountability for project delivery and meeting customer objectives is crucial.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies for customer solutions is needed.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, complex team environment.
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
4+ years of experience in a software implementation role is required.
Healthcare market experience is preferred.
