Base Salary
$152k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Map existing and potential workflows within the business domain.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Build business cases and align priorities with domain leadership.
- Design future-state workflows, defining roles for agents and humans.
- Stand up agents and automation pipelines using approved AI platforms.
- Connect agents to business systems while adhering to IT and security guidelines.
- Track agent performance and key performance indicators.
- Triage failures and iterate on workflows as needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, SQL, and Python scripting.
- Strong understanding of AI, ML, and automation tools.
- Ability to prioritize based on outcomes and KPIs.
- Experience working with enterprise agentic platforms is a plus.
- Background in product management, solutions engineering, or technical operations is preferred.
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
