Base Salary
$152k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Map business workflows and identify opportunities where AI, ML, or automation can improve throughput, coverage, or speed.
- Build business cases, quantify projected impact, and align priorities with domain leadership.
- Design agent-human workflows, data flows, retrieval, grounding, tool access, memory, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Build and connect agents and automation pipelines using platforms, APIs, webhooks, CLIs, MCP servers, and skills.
- Configure prompts, context, tools, and retrieval pipelines while handling authentication, schema drift, rate limits, and data quality issues.
- Enable business users to access and operate workflows through training and reusable artifacts.
- Own production agent performance, evaluations, observability, failure triage, prompt and context tuning, and workflow iteration.
- Ship at least three production workflows in the first year that measurably improve business KPIs.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, Python scripting, and a cloud platform.
- Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior, including prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evaluations, and failure modes.
- Ability to manage elevated access responsibly through least privilege, auditability, and safe rollbacks.
- Strong technical and process judgment, including KPI ownership and prioritization across technical and business contexts.
