Base Salary
$173k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build highly engaging, responsive, and scalable customer-facing features from concept to deployment.
- Guide, mentor, and elevate mid-level and junior engineers while optimizing team processes.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, and Design teams to evaluate execution feasibility.
- Independently tackle complex engineering tasks using AI-first coding tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years of dedicated Android development.
- Deep understanding of Kotlin, Java, Android threading, and modern architecture patterns like MVVM and MVI.
- Strong experience interacting with REST APIs and handling data processing.
- Proven ability to manage cross-team coordination and work independently on complex tasks.
