Responsibilities

  • Run security assessments and threat models for cloud-native and SaaS products.
  • Review cloud application architectures and promote secure-by-default controls.
  • Build and maintain automation for security controls and detection.
  • Participate in cloud security investigations and drive remediation.
  • Communicate security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering teams, share security knowledge, and improve security processes, tooling, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in security-focused roles.
  • Experience with application security, especially web applications.
  • Experience in cloud security architecture and infrastructure.
  • Experience coding in Java, Python, or Go, plus at least one scripting language.
  • Experience providing subject-matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders and engineering functions.
