Responsibilities
- Map existing and potential workflows in your domain.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Build business cases and align priorities with domain leadership.
- Design future-state workflows and define agent and human roles.
- Implement agents and automation pipelines using approved platforms.
- Monitor agent performance and iterate on workflows as needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, SQL, and Python scripting.
- Strong understanding of AI, ML, and automation tools.
- Ability to prioritize based on outcomes and KPIs.
- Experience in business meetings with both technical and business perspectives.
