Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver projects.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education.
