Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows compliance and security best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of seven years of experience.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Experience with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Ability to define and fulfill solutions requirements for end users.
- Understanding of product features, user impact, team domains, business strategy, and technical strategy.
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
