Responsibilities
- Design scalable architecture and design patterns for React-based frontend applications and Python-based backend services.
- Act as a technical architect for projects and define robust, maintainable, cloud-scalable solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-powered development tools, coding assistants, code generation tools, and automation frameworks.
- Build prototypes and production-grade applications using React, Python, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Implement cloud-native solutions involving microservices, serverless functions, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
- Establish reusable engineering practices and mentor engineers on AI-assisted React, Python, and cloud development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Optimize development processes and cloud infrastructure for speed, quality, cost, and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software engineer or architect with strong system design and architecture skills.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Python and backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Solid experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native architecture, including containerization and serverless computing.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and a strong interest in applying emerging AI capabilities to engineering.
- Deep understanding of scalable architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Terraform, or CloudFormation is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, mentoring, or technical leadership experience is preferred.
