Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer solutions within an Agile software delivery team, including writing code and delivering sprint goals.
- Design, document, and develop enterprise applications using modern technologies and software design patterns.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle and collaborate regularly with stakeholders.
- Contribute to software architecture, technical standards, documentation, and the broader technical community.
- Collaborate with technical leadership and help resolve issues using knowledge of software engineering concepts and procedures.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience as a software engineer or developer using Java.
- Multiple years of experience with software engineering best practices, including unit testing, automation, design patterns, and peer review.
- Strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented principles using Java.
- Experience with cloud-native development, container orchestration, service-oriented and microservices architectures, REST, and GraphQL.
- Exposure to Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines, databases, event-driven architecture, and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile and iterative software delivery, including Scrum or Kanban.
- B.Tech/B.Engg degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: experience with scalable, highly available, resilient, and low-latency applications; cloud infrastructure; API management; infrastructure as code; security, observability, and monitoring tools; job schedulers; and mentoring teams of five or more developers.
