Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Translate business and application requirements into functional software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Integrate applications with business systems and platforms.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
- Lead best-practice initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, and mentor team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience integrating applications with business systems and platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative software development tools is preferred.
