Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build resilient, independently deployable microservices architectures for enterprise applications.
- Develop responsive user interfaces with Angular 10+ and JavaScript.
- Optimize SQL and Oracle queries, schemas, indexes, and database performance.
- Integrate frontend applications and microservices with internal and external systems through secure APIs.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
- Create reusable components, patterns, and engineering guidelines across applications.
- Apply secure coding practices and conduct code reviews and unit testing.
- Troubleshoot production and pre-production issues and implement targeted remediation.
- Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Document technical designs, service contracts, and implementation decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend services, microservices, and web application development.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, including dependency injection, transaction management, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with microservices design patterns, service decomposition, interservice communication, and configuration management.
- Strong SQL competency, including database design, stored procedures, performance tuning, and complex query troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Angular 10+ and JavaScript, including component-based development, state management, and integration with backend services.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid and distributed work environments.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer or equivalent cloud or Java certification is preferred.
