Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, Flow, and related platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain Salesforce data models, custom objects, automation workflows, validation rules, and reusable components.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and support event-driven and batch integration patterns across distributed systems.
- Partner with product owners and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, release planning, testing, deployments, peer reviews, unit testing, and code-quality initiatives.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot Salesforce applications and integrations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support platform stability, reliability, performance optimization, security controls, regulatory compliance, governance, and data protection.
- Identify process and automation improvements, support adoption of new Salesforce capabilities, and contribute to platform modernization and technical debt reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Apex classes, triggers, batch processing, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce data modeling, and schema design.
- Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or an Architect-track certification.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Kafka, middleware platforms, microservices, enterprise integrations, and regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or payments.
- Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.
