Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers approximately 80% of the time as the technical owner of engagements.
- Design, configure, and deploy AI agents using the DevRev platform.
- Integrate agents with CRMs, APIs, databases, webhooks, and event or data pipelines.
- Build proofs of concept, custom integrations, solution prototypes, and live demos through hands-on coding.
- Translate customer requirements into technical agent specifications and scalable architectural solutions.
- Tune prompts, logic, and agent configurations for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Define project plans, coordinate internal teams, and drive timely deployment execution.
- Advise customers on AI agent architecture, performance, integration, and long-term scalability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is also accepted.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, with knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and evaluation systems for agentic AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and event or data pipelines.
- Ability to use A/B testing, telemetry, and metrics to improve solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are a plus.
- Go experience is a nice-to-have.
