Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Debug, test, and performance-tune enterprise applications.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of enterprise applications.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
