Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across Python-based workflows, data transformation layers, and Snowflake pipelines.
- Monitor system health and performance using Snowflake Query Profiler and warehouse utilization metrics.
- Analyze logs, Python stack traces, and Snowflake system outputs to identify anomalies and root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective fixes and maintain system stability.
- Document troubleshooting steps, Python scripts, and Snowflake SQL queries for a future knowledge base.
- Develop Python-based automation to reduce manual diagnostic effort and improve support processes.
- Provide timely status updates and communicate resolution progress to stakeholders.
- Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with the Snowflake Data Warehouse and Snowflake SQL queries.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for Python applications and Snowflake environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring system health and performance, including Snowflake Query Profiler and warehouse utilization metrics.
- Ability to analyze logs, Python stack traces, and Snowflake system outputs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring quick response and resolution times.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
