Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with Traders and Quants to translate high-frequency strategies into production-ready code.
- Build and tune trading applications using Modern C++ with a focus on OS-level performance.
- Leverage Python to create high-speed data pipelines and real-time monitoring tools.
- Diagnose and solve system issues related to latency and performance.
- Maintain a 'zero-error' mindset to ensure the correctness of trading logic.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a focus on Operating Systems.
- Professional-level understanding of C++ including pointers, memory layout, and concurrency.
- Ability to write clean, efficient Python code for data analysis and automation.
- Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix internals and OS resource management.
- A natural curiosity to understand complex systems and their behaviors.
