Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions to complex problems with software engineers and traders
- Work on the Post Trade Technology or Data Engineering team
- Build and contribute to high-performance systems processing and analyzing large volumes of trading and market data
- Develop work related to trading infrastructure, algorithms, exchange gateways, data capture, or data analysis
- Take full ownership of an assigned project and present the work and accomplishments at the end of the program
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics, or an equivalent field
- Graduating by August 2028
- Major GPA of 3.5 or above
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on the first day of employment, including F-1 students using OPT or STEM
- Strong programming skills in object-oriented Python development
- Demonstrated experience with distributed systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with trading teams, gather requirements, find solutions, and implement clean, concise code
- Ability to create understandable and testable codebases
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changing market conditions and math or coding problems
- Passion for innovation and building systems from the ground up
- Ability to adapt, work independently, and demonstrate a self-starter attitude
