Responsibilities
- Enhance the Morpheus platform and its graphical user interface experience.
- Develop maintainable Python code to expand platform capabilities.
- Build modern front-end experiences using JavaScript and React.
- Use observability and monitoring tools to improve reliability and user experience.
- Contribute to Kubernetes-based cloud-native solutions.
- Champion code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Own, scope, and deliver well-defined deliverables or stories while communicating progress in agile events.
- Mentor and guide more junior team members.
- Develop capability across model deployment, monitoring, governance, and production ML platforms.
- Assess and safely integrate emerging technologies into delivery lifecycles.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing high-quality, maintainable software solutions using Python.
- Experience using AI in the software delivery cycle, including Assistants and Coding Agents.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript and React.
- Experience working with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and agile delivery.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX Designers, and stakeholders.
- Experience developing intuitive GUIs using React is preferred.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, model governance, or machine learning platforms is preferred.
- Experience in pricing, modelling, or analytics platforms is preferred.
- Experience integrating emerging technologies into delivery lifecycles is preferred.
