Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems for conversational interfaces.
- Build and optimize scalable ML pipelines for real-time and asynchronous interactions.
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered agents for multi-turn reasoning and task execution.
- Translate research prototypes into reliable, production-ready solutions with research and product teams.
- Build and operate APIs and microservices at scale while improving performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Write maintainable code and tests, review code, mentor peers, and stay current with LLM and conversational AI advances.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software or machine learning experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python; Java experience is a plus.
- Solid software engineering and system design foundation.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud services.
- Proven ability to build and operate APIs and microservices at scale.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs including GPT, Claude, or Mistral, plus prompt engineering experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
