Responsibilities
- Understand client leadership teams’ technology challenges and define IT strategies.
- Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architectures using modern technology approaches.
- Apply cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization to strategic IT implementations.
- Manage assigned project components, quality, risk, client expectations, and escalations.
- Evaluate and coach client technology teams.
- Organize peer-level workshops and facilitate client meetings.
- Support project proposals, client care, relationship building, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Contribute to practice-area development and BCG brand building.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in technology strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
- Prior technology consulting experience is highly desirable.
- University degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field or business management.
- Experience with legacy environments and modern technology approaches.
- Experience in IT organization and process development.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, customer-focus, problem-solving, and business-acumen skills.
- Experience organizing workshops and facilitating client meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to clients worldwide.
