Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and visually compelling frontend interfaces that translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Establish and maintain design systems to improve consistency and accelerate platform development.
- Implement APIs and integrations with backend systems and work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Contribute to software architecture, infrastructure, development processes, and tooling.
- Write clean, documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, proactively address technical challenges, and resolve complex UI/UX and backend problems.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Deliver customer-centric solutions that support measurable user adoption, satisfaction, and business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three to five years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with frontend frameworks including React/Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or Styled Components and design collaboration tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, REST API, and GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, Git, and testing frameworks or methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns, problem-solving ability, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
