Responsibilities
- Design, build, and refine front-end interfaces for AI capabilities.
- Develop high-performance Agentic Experiences for web and mobile.
- Champion observability and operational excellence for AI services.
- Create robust backend services for AI solutions, including LLM orchestration.
- Lead the successful delivery of key AI projects through technical leadership.
- Mentor engineers to enhance technical craftsmanship and solution quality.
- Collaborate with global peers to ensure aligned designs and scalable architectures.
- Partner with Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams for secure AI adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering with a focus on backend systems design.
- 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
- 4+ years with modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs into production-ready applications.
- Strong background in building distributed systems and microservices.
- Ability to influence technical strategy and lead architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across cultures.
