Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes deployments, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Build Infrastructure as Code automation to standardize and improve environment reliability.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support developer productivity and zero-downtime deployments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, and compliance practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, deployments, and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
- Evaluate tools and continuously improve DevOps workflows and practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Scripting or programming experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with FluxCD or similar GitOps tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 or HIPAA security and compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Previous startup experience is preferred.
