Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, configuration, and implementation of applications.
- Serve as a Genesys Cloud CX subject matter expert and perform Genesys Cloud CX development and configuration.
- Develop and integrate APIs for cloud-based applications.
- Lead the application development process and implement development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, manage team activities, and contribute to technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Perform troubleshooting and apply DevOps tools and practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX Development and Configuration.
- Experience with API integration and cloud application development.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience leading multi-team collaboration is preferred.
- Agile development and DevOps experience are preferred.
- Genesys Cloud Architect Certification is preferred.
