Base Salary
$66k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver production-grade LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows using Python.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines over enterprise data using embeddings and vector databases.
- Build multi-step, tool-using agents supporting planning, execution, and memory using frameworks such as LangChain.
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, backend services, and cloud platforms.
- Establish evaluation, reliability, and performance strategies addressing accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Gather customer requirements and contribute to solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technology selection, and technical framework development.
- Validate proposed architectures through proofs of concept and develop integration strategies.
- Contribute to build and deployment automation, solution deployment, rollout, and transition activities.
- Analyze system performance and identify potential risks in the system landscape.
- Document architectural frameworks and technical solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, with three years of progressive specialty experience considered in lieu of each year of education.
- Strong Python expertise and experience building and deploying production-grade backend systems.
- Hands-on experience developing LLM applications, including prompt engineering and orchestration.
- Proven experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Strong system design skills and experience building and scaling cloud-based applications.
- Ability to design and develop scalable and secure architectures and assess technologies, tools, and frameworks.
