Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a safety operations dashboard with real-time event feeds and risk summaries.
- Create compliance analytics for trend reporting and operational record-keeping.
- Build workflows for operator scoring and coaching.
- Design agentic product features like a conversational safety assistant.
- Develop application-layer backend APIs and data models.
- Iterate rapidly with real customers to refine product features.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on frontend and full-stack development.
- Strong product instincts and design taste for making UX trade-offs.
- Experience building data-dense, real-time interfaces.
- Comfortable with backend development including API design and data modeling.
- Willingness to work directly with customers in the field.
- Proficiency in modern web languages like TypeScript/JavaScript and a backend language such as Go or Python.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
