Base Salary
$245k - $307k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and assess technologies for hyper-personalized marketing and assistive field-sales systems.
- Partner with enterprise and card technology organizations to develop agentic marketing and sales systems.
- Define and evangelize technical charters that accelerate adoption of AI technologies.
- Bridge current systems with future architecture while maintaining system health and business continuity.
- Remove roadblocks for developers using technical, process, or risk-acceptance solutions.
- Advise on non-functional characteristics including performance, scalability, and operability.
- Provide architectural guidance and designs for large-scale, cross-domain programs.
- Design and execute proofs of concept and contribute hands-on code and reviews as needed.
- Mentor engineers and product community members and share advanced technical knowledge internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture required.
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns required.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS required.
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with applied and agentic AI systems preferred.
- 10+ years of cloud computing experience across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud preferred.
- 10+ years of coding experience in at least one of Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Swift preferred.
- 10+ years of full software-development-lifecycle experience, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support, preferred.
- Strong communication skills for translating agentic AI concepts into business value preferred.
