AI Engineer, Agent
Eloquent AIResponsibilities
- Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents for enterprise-grade conversations.
- Work with customers to understand business needs, assess AI capabilities, and implement tailored solutions.
- Train and fine-tune LLMs for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems through APIs, databases, and automation tools.
- Experiment to improve AI-driven interactions, response quality, and automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, research, and product teams to shape the company roadmap.
- Monitor and improve agent performance through user simulations and evaluations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production experience in software development, AI engineering, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLMs and NLP models, including fine-tuning and inference optimization.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to prototype, experiment, and iterate quickly to improve AI agents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with customers.
- Preferred experience with prompt engineering, parameter-efficient fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and reinforcement learning for LLMs.
- Preferred frontend or backend development experience with React, Node.js, or NestJS.
- Preferred background in information retrieval, recommender systems, document question answering, or agent development.
- AI research publications, open-source NLP contributions, and startup experience are additional advantages.
