Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design software solutions for client applications or operating systems.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software modules and programs.
- Create and automate software validation processes, including test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Coordinate with project managers, systems analysts, functional teams, engineering staff, and clients.
- Prepare code documentation, technical reports, project status updates, diagrams, flowcharts, and implementation records.
- Track software quality, release plans, deployment, monitoring, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Gather client requirements and feedback and respond to customer requests and fault reports.
- Participate in continuing education, programming-language training, and assigned certifications.
