Base Salary
$86k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure services.
- Develop tooling and automation that reduces operational toil and enables autonomous operations.
- Identify reliability anti-patterns and improve system health, visibility, scalability, and uptime.
- Define and adopt reliability standards, including SLO/SLI frameworks, observability standards, and blameless post-mortem practices.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, development, release, productivity, and security teams on scalable and reliable solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and platforms to improve observability, engineering productivity, code quality, and architectural validation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive experience as an SRE or in an equivalent role.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and own technical infrastructure projects.
- Experience shipping production-quality code and infrastructure with testing, monitoring, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, learning, communication, stakeholder collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
