Responsibilities
- Contribute under senior guidance to the analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of complex software enhancements and solutions.
- Modify core frameworks and primary facilities supporting CRD/Alpha Platform operations.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to create simple and sustainable solutions to complex problems.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and other software development activities.
- Develop practical experience with frontend applications, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, scalable systems, databases, and software observability.
- Participate in on-the-job and formal training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or another technical field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience or equivalent college project experience.
- Interest in building high-quality software in the FinTech industry.
- Initial experience with Java, PowerShell, and batch scripts is preferred, with knowledge of C# desirable.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with peers.
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and willingness to learn and challenge the status quo.
