Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise customers on agent architecture, evaluation strategies, production best practices, and technical tradeoffs.
- Co-build reliable agent systems with customer engineering teams across the full Agent Development Lifecycle.
- Embed within customer organizations to ship agent systems directly alongside their engineers.
- Design and implement orchestration patterns, evaluations, custom conversational UIs, and production deployments.
- Apply post-training, supervised fine-tuning, harness engineering, trace mining, model selection, and evaluation methodologies.
Requirements
- Require 4+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python.
- Require 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production agent systems.
- Need strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to explain architectural decisions to engineers, architects, and CTOs.
- Require strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, or comparable frameworks, including multi-agent patterns and state management.
- Need deep familiarity with evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems and comfort with advisory and embedded delivery.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Preferred experience includes dataset curation, post-training techniques such as SFT, DPO, and RLHF, open-weight models, Axolotl, Unsloth, Hugging Face Transformers, TRL, and trace mining.
