Base Salary
$210k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build high-performance iOS features for patient experiences.
- Set architectural direction and drive decisions on modularization and state management.
- Embed into product teams to provide technical leadership and ensure quality delivery.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to create intuitive mobile experiences.
- Drive alignment on engineering standards and best practices through documentation and code reviews.
- Mentor iOS engineers on best practices and technical decision-making.
- Implement robust observability to measure and improve performance across mobile journeys.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in iOS development with expertise in Swift.
- Experience in building conversational or AI-driven user experiences.
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools and patterns.
- Proven history of designing and scaling complex mobile applications.
- Strong experience integrating with backend services and APIs.
- Ability to think critically about scalability and system design tradeoffs.
- Experience leading large iOS initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and promoting best practices.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
