Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
- Build, replicate, and drive market adoption of industry-level solutions.
- Lead enterprise client engagements from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide feature requests, close product-market-fit gaps, and shape short- and long-term product roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership, industry knowledge, and expertise across multiple cloud and ML products.
- Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell and cross-sell activities with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
- At least 5 years of related work experience in a similar or related field.
- Experience with cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-engagement skills.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and migration; understanding of cloud/AI-native applications and big data technologies.
- Preferred: computer science or engineering equivalent degree and experience serving enterprise clients in retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling.
- Preferred: solution architect or pre-sales solution engineering experience in B2B AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
- Preferred: understanding of public cloud use cases, including CDN, WAF, DDoS, video streaming, livestream, RTC, VOD, ML recommendation, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI.
