Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain security platforms, services, APIs, automation, and internal tooling.
- Develop solutions for Cloud vulnerability management, Network Security, Detection engineering, and Incident response.
- Build detections-as-code and scalable security services to enhance organizational security.
- Leverage AI to automate workflows and improve decision-making in security operations.
- Implement security controls for AI applications and develop monitoring capabilities for AI systems.
- Partner with engineering teams to implement secure architectures and perform threat modeling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering or related cybersecurity roles.
- Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or similar fields.
- Strong software engineering mindset with experience in building production-grade tools.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages, with experience in automation and cloud-native services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, identity systems, and modern security principles.
- Experience securing AWS, Azure, or GCP environments and familiarity with various security technologies.
