Responsibilities
- Help shape the technical direction for the Inference Platform and own the roadmap for major technical areas.
- Architect active-active systems with rapid failover and clear SLOs to improve reliability and performance.
- Write and review production code in critical areas of the platform.
- Lead on production issues and drive observability and incident response.
- Partner with various teams to translate product requirements into scalable system designs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes and building highly available systems.
- Proficiency in backend or systems languages such as Go or C++.
- Experience with security protocols like TLS and mTLS.
- Strong understanding of optimizing latency and throughput in high-QPS systems.
