Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of customer projects from solution design through deployment.
- Map business requirements to o9’s platform and develop phased implementation blueprints.
- Lead blueprinting sessions and document business requirements, design decisions, and data dependencies.
- Configure and solution o9’s platform with experts to address operations and supply chain problems.
- Establish performance monitoring processes and coordinate defect tracking, analysis, and resolution with customers.
- Improve internal processes and product features by sharing customer feedback with development and operations teams.
- Support customer demonstrations and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience implementing supply chain planning applications.
- A master’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
- Experience determining business requirements, making solution and process design decisions, prescribing best practices, and delivering value through planning-solution deployments.
- Desirable statistical, optimization, and simulation skills using tools such as R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar.
- Desirable database training and experience with SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
- Experience using agile methodology for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams distributed across locations and time zones.
