Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Integrate and orchestrate services using webMethods Fabric components.
- Troubleshoot complex system integration issues and design scalable, maintainable software architectures.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key technical and project decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with webMethods Fabric is required.
- Proficiency in webMethods Fabric, including integration and service orchestration, is required.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system integration issues.
- Familiarity with scalable and maintainable software architecture design.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
