Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end software and data platforms supporting revenue generation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver application solutions.
- Perform full software lifecycle activities, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide Level 3 production support, resolve defects, and deliver application enhancements.
- Lead and drive teams and projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Develop and optimize databases and support application performance tuning.
Requirements
- Hands-on Java development experience with strong core Java knowledge and JVM memory understanding.
- Experience with Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Spring Data, multithreading, web services, and application development.
- Experience with React, Redux, HTML, MSSQL/database development, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and application build and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of containerizing React applications with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Understanding of design patterns, agile technologies, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Investment banking or financial industry work experience is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and project leadership skills.
