Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable, and trustworthy Generative AI applications and platform components.
- Build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, APIs, and related platform services using prompt engineering and context architecture.
- Implement build-test-deploy pipelines, evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, hallucination mitigation, explainability, traceability, and source attribution.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production AI services and models using observability tools.
- Research emerging AI technologies, assess adoption opportunities, and deliver reusable AI-driven automation across business units.
- Manage incidents, changes, user support requests, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing for AI services and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience as an application developer, ideally in AI/ML or backend service development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
- Expertise in enterprise AI application development, prompt engineering, context management, and AI search/RAG pipeline design.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong experience developing client-server communications, APIs, and MCP.
- Working knowledge of Terraform for managing GCP and Azure cloud resources.
- Familiarity with LLMOps/AgentOps tooling, LangChain/LangGraph, ADK, and pgvector.
- Experience building trustworthy AI systems, deploying reliable production applications, and monitoring and troubleshooting AI services.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Specialization or demonstrable expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, software engineering, data engineering, and development.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, experimentation, innovation, usability, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- GitHub Certified: Agentic AI Developer or Claude Certified Architect - Foundations certification is advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of English.
