Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create test plans and test cases based on user stories.
- Generate test data and execute test cases to evaluate software performance.
- Document testing results and communicate defects to development teams.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, development operations, and help desk teammates.
- Improve production and design standards, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Document quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits.
Requirements
- 8+ years of quality assurance experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of test engineering experience, or a master's degree and 8+ years of test engineering experience.
- Experience with quality standards, root-cause analysis, corrective action, quality documentation, internal reporting, and audits.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, tools, and IC application development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
