Base Salary
$80k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements elicitation, software application design discussions, coding, software integration, code reviews, and code repository maintenance.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, coordinate bug fixes, and maintain software quality standards.
- Develop test automation strategies, automation architecture frameworks, continuous testing practices, reusable automation frameworks, accelerators, standards, and best practices.
- Lead large-scale testing programs across multiple applications, portfolios, and business domains.
- Support enterprise quality engineering operating models, TCoE setup, governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, metrics, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop user training, documentation, support frameworks, and knowledge-base records.
- Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve system reliability.
Requirements
- Experience with quality engineering transformation, QE consulting, enterprise-wide testing modernization, test automation strategy, automation architecture, and continuous testing implementation.
- Experience with AI solutioning and implementation, automation tools, API aspects, and NFR checks.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, digital transformation, enterprise test management, quality governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience leading large-scale testing programs across multiple applications, portfolios, and business domains.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD, Shift-Left, and Shift-Right testing practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or qualifying progressive experience in lieu of education.
- Preferred: retail domain experience, quality analytics and dashboards, engineering process improvement, productivity optimization, cost reduction, change management, organizational transformation, and capability development.
