Responsibilities
- Conduct high-impact workshops to gather and document complex business requirements.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client strategic visions.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure design feasibility and adherence to best practices.
- Guide change management strategies to promote user adoption.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends.
- Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage communication with senior stakeholders and resolve functional escalations.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Define and support testing strategies to ensure quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead Consultant role.
- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Clouds.
- Exceptional skills in process mapping and workshop facilitation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
- Understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including declarative tools and custom development.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools like MuleSoft.
- Proficiency in managing data migration strategies within Salesforce.
- Outstanding communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
