Responsibilities
- Define technical specifications and development requirements for high-performing, domain-specific technologies.
- Develop and enhance products and applications to solve medium-complexity business problems.
- Design, deploy, support, and troubleshoot applications across the product lifecycle.
- Apply automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
- Collaborate with business support, product, security, architecture, and other cross-functional teams.
- Serve as an application expert and provide technical recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and support effective collaboration.
Requirements
- Software development experience with knowledge of secure coding, testing, and data structures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technologies.
- Proficiency with software languages and platforms such as Java, Oracle, or Azure.
- Experience with related technology stacks and platforms.
- Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Awareness of industry and competitor practices.
