Base Salary
$78k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business processes and approved solution designs into configured AI agents and agent-enabled workflows.
- Configure prompts, instructions, tools, actions, workflow logic, decision rules, templates, structured outputs, guardrails, permissions, escalation paths, and human-review controls.
- Connect agents to approved enterprise tools, APIs, knowledge sources, and platform capabilities, partnering with engineers for custom development or complex integrations.
- Test configurations using representative scenarios, expected outcomes, edge cases, and failure conditions, and review output quality and workflow reliability.
- Diagnose configuration and runtime issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
- Support releases across development, testing, and production environments using version-control and change-management practices.
- Monitor deployed configurations, review feedback and performance results, and improve prompts, workflows, tools, and controls.
- Create reusable configuration templates, playbooks, documentation, and implementation assets.
- Participate in workshops, demonstrations, design reviews, release-readiness reviews, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience configuring, implementing, or supporting enterprise software, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, AI-enabled applications, or comparable production systems.
- Ability to translate business processes and solution requirements into configurable workflows, rules, actions, decision logic, and system behaviors.
- Hands-on experience with visual builders, administrative consoles, rules engines, orchestration tools, or comparable platform capabilities.
- Practical understanding of generative AI concepts including prompts, context, tool use, structured outputs, hallucination risk, human review, and operational guardrails.
- Experience testing configured solutions against defined scenarios, expected outcomes, edge cases, and failure conditions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration, data, integration, permissions, environment, and product-behavior issues.
- Working knowledge of APIs and structured data formats such as REST, JSON, and YAML.
- Experience moving configurations through development, testing, and production using release, versioning, and change-management practices.
- Clear communication, documentation, attention to detail, judgment, and collaborative delivery skills.
- Preferred experience with AI agent platforms, generative AI applications, workflow automation, low-code/no-code environments, prompts, retrieval sources, orchestration, human-in-the-loop steps, AI safety controls, Git, API testing, scripting, evaluation or observability tools, and regulated financial-services environments.
