Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing platform.
- Analyze business requirements and design efficient, scalable technical solutions using engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools.
- Configure NLS workflows, personalization, custom functionality, loan templates, user-defined fields, and business-rule logic.
- Develop, test, and deploy platform enhancements while using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution through data analysis and intelligent tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
- Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for system performance and reporting.
- Lead technical initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing.
- Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
- Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SQL, and database structures.
- Experience with VBScript, JavaScript, RESTful web services, and microservices architecture.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude while maintaining engineering standards and governance.
