Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical mastery of the Connected Worker Platform and provide authoritative guidance to enterprise stakeholders.
- Analyze enterprise IT environments to identify integration gaps and technical requirements for successful deployment.
- Define integration strategies for SAP ECC/S4HANA, IBM Maximo, and Oracle EAM/ERP environments.
- Advise on API contracts, OAuth2 and SAML authentication models, and secure messaging frameworks.
- Lead architecture workshops and technical design reviews with CIOs and enterprise architecture boards.
- Consult on deployment strategies, migration planning, and rollout governance to support enterprise time-to-value.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in technical solution consulting and enterprise-scale architecture advisory.
- Deep conceptual expertise in SAP PM/EAM integration landscapes and enterprise IT governance.
- Experience working with at least one middleware product.
- Strong ability to perform technical fit/gap analysis between SaaS platforms and complex enterprise requirements.
- Excellent consultative skills and the ability to manage technical expectations across diverse enterprise teams.
