Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and product leads to evaluate client technical maturity and first-party data strategies.
- Identify custom technical opportunities and communicate product gaps and edge cases to Ads engineering.
- Translate client needs into system architectures, prototype-grounded requirements, and standardized deployment playbooks.
- Design privacy-compliant data pipelines, including Google Ads API integrations, and enforce validation frameworks.
- Coordinate gTech and client teams to oversee implementation and successful last-mile activation.
- Conduct technical audits and deep-dive sessions to diagnose customer environments, resolve pain points, and enable product adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Practical experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or custom internal backends.
- Demonstrated Java or Python coding ability and database knowledge, including constructing complex SQL queries.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and manage multiple projects independently.
